[sw-l] FLASH-THE-LIGHT

Actually, there is no down-up movement for me. But I wasn't sure how  
to best show the changes in handshape. I think we sign it the  
same. :) Look on SignPuddle under "flash-the-light". You can see my  
two spellings.
