[sw-l] FLASH-THE-LIGHT

It is readable and concise. Do your fingers spread when you sign the  
light being on or not? The way I sign it is I go from the initial  
handshape that you show to spread fingers. From your spelling, I  
wouldn't know to do that, but that is ok if it is understood. So it  
could go either way.
