[sw-l] Want to keep the footer at the bottom of each message?

Maybe you could put a "if you wish to stop receiveing the list emails..." for those who always as. ;-)

Shall I remove this footer at the bottom of each message? It was  
there when we arrived at the new list, and I can remove it or add to  
it if you wish...
