SignBank 8.5 is now posted on the web for the US and Norway:

The SignBank Manual and Video Instruction are not finished, and the  
data that is stored in the posted SignBanks is not even close to  
being finished, but the software itself is useful and if you download  
it, you can create your own databases...

No other program is required to use it. The download is free.

I hope, at the end of August, to complete the SignBank instruction...
