Hi Anny,
 
The easiest way to search by Source is to use Google.  Open Google, and 
in the search box enter "ApéroSignes 
site:http://www.signbank.org/signpuddle1.5".
 
This will search for "ApéroSignes" only on "www.signbank.org".  I added 
the "signpuddle1.5" so that it would only find results that are in SP1.5.
 
The only other way is brute fore.  Indexing is based on symbol and term.
