I am so happy to know that you can type Arabic in SignPuddle!

Here is a screen capture from Mohammed's computer....You can see that  
the definitions and comments in SignPuddle can be typed in Arabic...I  
was worried about the right-to-left issues, but it works!

So now we can create a User Interface (the icons) in Arabic too, if  
you wish...
