[sw-l] Finger rub

I can't remember how to write the finger movement when you rub two fingers
together. It is the same movement as the really colloquial signs for 16-19,
or when you play a little violin on your fingers (used to show a lot (not)
of sympathy). I was thinking that we had said that just writing the rub
symbol would work, but it didn't look right. I just can't remember.
