Hello Adam and Andre!
Thank you for your excellent explanation, Adam!
It got confused myself, because there were two different diagrams with
an A and a B...until I was able to turn your message from black to
white background, Andre, so I could read it on my computer...
Thanks to you both for discussing these symbols ;-)
Attached is a little diagram that might help as well... I believe that
the number A is the spelling that you want, Andre...You want an
alternating of the hands going around in a circle, and to get the
alternating motion...one has to start up and the other has to start
down... the number A means "Alternating Circles"....
