Once you press the Translate Button in the dictionary (Traduire Button  
in French)...

Type the words you want to find in the dictionary, and press the  
Translate Button (traduire button)

Then choose the version of the sign you want, and press the Update  
Button at the bottom...(mise a jour in French)
