4. There are two ways to start a new document....from scratch, or  
through a translation from English glosses to signs.

I prefer the former method myself....That is the most direct way... to  
start a document from scratch, click on the SignText icon to the left:




5. Before you begin your document, I would suggest viewing the  
SignPuddle Video Instruction:

SignText instruction starts on Video 29....

You will see that Videos 31 and 32 show two different ways to start a  
SignText document...


6. Then start your document and write to the SignWriting List to show  
us your first sentence!
