Hello Ron and Everyone!
ColumnMaker is a wonderful program, because you can change the size  
and spacing of all columns to fit your specific document in Microsoft  
Word or any other software....that is the very thing it was designed  
for!

When you have the problem you mention above, you can go back into  
ColumnMaker and re-size the columns to fit your document in Microsoft  
Word...so you have complete flexibility to work with all kinds of  
documents!

If you telephone me, Ron, I can teach you how to change the size of  
columns over the phone, and you will find that you can work with any  
Microsoft Word format with no problems...

You can change the amount of space between signs in the column, and  
that will change the length of the column, or you can tell ColumnMaker  
the exact height you need to fit in your Microsoft document, and then  
you will not have the problems you mention above....

1. Change the height numbers above the document

2. Push the Recreate Button, and the column size changes.
