[sw-l] SignMaker with Multiselect

Hi List,

I've made another improvement to the new SignMaker: multiselect.  There 
are 2 ways to use multiselect: drag or shift-click.

When multiple symbols are in the SignBox, click and drag across the 
SignBox.  All of the symbols between the start and the end of the drag 
will be selected. 

Or you can hold down the shift key while clicking.  Clicking on a symbol 
will select that symbol while keeping all of the other symbols selected. 

When multiple symbols are selected, you can drag them together or use 
any of the special commands.

I think I've fixed all of the IE issues as well, but I'm still testing.

Finally, I'm working on the blind interface for white symbols on a black 
background.  Other than that, the new SignMaker is done.  If you can 
think of anything else, speak now before I start work on the new SignText.
