Hi Peter and Adam!

Thank you for this question. And thanks Adam...exactly correct...

We call the handshape that starts this sign for INFORMATION, the Angle  
Handshape:

As Adam says, the Angle Handshape is the last one under the 5 hand  
(see attached diagrams):
