In the ASL dictionary puddle, "suspend" has a sign spelling, but not a
SignSpelling Sequence. The order of the symbols in the spelling has no
meaning; it is simply the order that the symbols were added to the sign.
The order of the SignSpelling Sequence would be meaningful, but has not
been defined for "suspend". The sequence would be right hand, left
hand, contact, movement. The sequence is used for sorting only.
