[sw-l] Question on symbol numbering

I was doing some research using an sbml file that is a dump of the ASL Dictionary Puddle.

The smbl file had a symbol 04-02-001-01-01-10 but that symbol is not a part of the IMWA 1.3. It is not in the list of images or in the SignBank. I am wondering what it is.
