Hello Ingvild!
Thank you for this information and I will look into this today.  
Perhaps the UN can provide funding for SignWriting around the  
world...International funding sources are not easy to find...I am  
writing grants right now anyway so the timing is great...

I will inform the SignWriting List what I learn...
