Have you seen some of these symbols for writing upper body movement?

They are nice for showing the whole upper torso bending side, or doing  
other movements, like stretching up or sinking down etc...

If you click on those areas you will see a lot of the arrows needed  
for creating multiple curved torso movements etc which are useful for  
writing gesture and dance...
