I put both hands on the angle as spread hands as it is
much easier to visualize the fingertips touching from
the side view rather than the flat hand view.  Then
the movements flow out to a flat hand.  Hope mine is
more readable.  I get the feeling of a pear shape from
two hands expanding into the double motion, one hand
back, one hand tilting forward.
