[sw-l] sign for Singapore

A friend of my who traveled to Singapore said that the first one is
more like SEE, but the way that it is written is how the Deaf
community there sign it because it is related to Signapore being a
collection of small islands. I don't know how true that is as it isn't
by first hand.
